By continuing to browse or use the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 02### About Sanchay Karo Sanchay Karo is a mutual fund distribution and investment-facilitation platform operated by **Mr. Pallab Routh**, an MSME registered entity (UDYAM-WB-12-0123391) and a registered AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-301757). Sanchay Karo enables Users to invest in mutual fund schemes via lump sum and Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), and to manage Systematic Transfer Plans (STP) and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP), through empanelled Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Mere use of the Website/App shall be construed as your intent to contract with us and shall constitute your binding obligations with us. 03### Regulatory Status AMFI RegisteredNot an RIA Sanchay Karo is an AMFI registered distributor of mutual funds and enables Users to purchase units of various mutual fund schemes, details of which are made available on the Platform from time to time. No.**UDYAM-WB-12-0123391**#### We are NOT - A SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or Research Analyst (RA) - A Portfolio Management Service (PMS) or Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) - A Stock Broker or Depository Participant - A Wealth Management Firm offering guaranteed returns Any calculators, SIP illustrations, or market commentary on the Platform are for general informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice. 04### Definitions - **"Account"** means the account opened with Sanchay Karo by a Registered User for use of the Platform or for making investments through it. - **"AMC"** means Asset Management Company empanelled with Sanchay Karo. - **"BSE" / "NSE"** means Bombay Stock Exchange / National Stock Exchange of India Limited, used for order routing of mutual fund transactions. - **"Business Day"** means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, a National holiday in India, or a day on which banks/stock exchanges in India are closed. - **"SIP"** means Systematic Investment Plan; **"STP"** means Systematic Transfer Plan; **"SWP"** means Systematic Withdrawal Plan; **"NAV"** means Net Asset Value. - **"Registered User"** means a user who has an investment Account with Sanchay Karo to avail the Services. - **"Website"** means **www.sanchaykaro.com**; **"App"** means the "Sanchay Karo - SIP & Mutualfunds" mobile application. 05### Use of the Platform By accessing and using the Services offered by Sanchay Karo, you acknowledge and agree to the following: - Your investment Account will be activated only after Sanchay Karo completes the KYC verification process in accordance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines. - Access to hyperlinks to third-party sites is at your own risk; content on such sites is not verified, monitored, or endorsed by Sanchay Karo. - An investment Account may also be created offline; these Terms continue to apply to such use. - You are solely responsible for any transaction entered through the Platform. Content on the Platform is for general information only and is subject to change without notice. - Sanchay Karo shall not be liable for any transaction that fails to complete due to a Force Majeure Event (including technical/server errors, internet outages, or events beyond reasonable control). - Not all products and services offered on the Platform are available in all geographic areas; Sanchay Karo reserves the right to determine availability and eligibility from time to time. - All design, layout, and content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Sanchay Karo. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages. 06### Registration & KYC Access to Sanchay Karo's Services is granted only to Registered Users, post enrollment. Users shall provide the required details and documents for registration, including but not limited to: - Full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth - PAN, Aadhaar-linked KYC details, nationality - Address with PIN code, occupation, annual income - Bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name) - Nominee details (name, date of birth, relationship, allocation percentage) - Digital signature and any other document required under KYC norms Users can access Services only after completing KYC and Investment Readiness verification as required by SEBI, AMFI, RTAs, or other regulatory bodies. Sanchay Karo has the sole right to refuse, suspend, or freeze a User's Account request, with or without disclosing the reason, where required by regulation. By registering, you permit Sanchay Karo to share your KYC Registry Agency (KRA)/CKYC signature to authenticate and process your requests with RTAs and Trustees, and to record support calls for quality and record-keeping purposes. 07### Mutual Fund Transactions Transactions on the Sanchay Karo Platform for mutual funds will be completed only after successful transfer of funds from your registered bank account to the relevant AMC. Once completed, transactions cannot be cancelled by you. Sanchay Karo forwards your transaction requests (purchase, redemption, switch, STP, SWP, nomination and plan changes) to the respective mutual fund/RTA/BSE/NSE, and does not itself guarantee payments, liquidity, redemption, buy-back, or returns on any units. Sanchay Karo does not sign documents, collect/receive dividend or interest amounts, or correspond with the AMC on your behalf beyond the transmission of transactions carried out by you on the Platform. Any sum invested through Sanchay Karo is not a deposit with us and is not bank-insured. Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risk, and the value of units may rise or fall. 08### Holding Pattern & Account Details The holding pattern of a Registered User as reflected in the Sanchay Karo system is deemed to be the Account holding pattern of the investor(s). No changes are allowed to the holding pattern once the Account is activated and an investment has been made using that pattern. The default mode of holding in joint Accounts is treated as "Anyone or Survivor" unless otherwise specified during registration. 09### Account Statements It is the obligation of the relevant AMC — and not of Sanchay Karo — to regularly send Registered Users the communications required under SEBI guidelines and regulations, including consolidated account statements. 10### Investment Risk Disclosure Market Risk - Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, including possible loss of the principal amount invested. - NAV of units may rise or fall depending on market conditions and factors affecting the securities markets. - Past performance of any scheme is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future returns. - Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), and all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. 11### No Investment Advice Information on Sanchay Karo — including calculators, SIP planners, and graphical projections — is provided for general guidance only and is based on inputs and past data. It shall not be construed as investment, tax, or legal advice, or as a promise, indication, or guarantee of any return. All investment decisions to purchase, hold, or redeem units are made solely at your discretion after your own due consideration. Sanchay Karo does not offer personalised investment advice. 12### Fees & Charges Services offered by Sanchay Karo are currently free of transaction charges to the User. Sanchay Karo reserves the right to introduce fees for Services in the future. Any such change will be communicated via your registered email at least 30 (thirty) days ahead of implementation and displayed on the Platform. Under such circumstances, you have the option to transfer your assets out of your Account without incurring any cost payable to Sanchay Karo. 13### Commission Disclosure Sanchay Karo earns commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) when a User invests in mutual funds through the Platform. This commission does not increase the cost payable by you, and does not influence which funds are shown or discussed on the Platform. With your consent, Sanchay Karo may also use your information to provide you with product information and marketing communications. Your data is governed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at **www.sanchaykaro.com/privacy-policy**. 15### User Responsibilities - Provide accurate, complete, and authentic information and KYC documents. - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times; you are solely responsible for activity under your Account. - Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian law. - Promptly notify Sanchay Karo of any change to your email, mobile number, or address. - Not interfere with or attempt to bypass the security measures of the Platform. 16### Electronic Communication Consent By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and phone calls, including transaction alerts, SIP reminders, KYC notices, and product updates. This consent overrides registration under the Do Not Call (DNC) / National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry for transactional communication. All communication will be conducted in English. Sanchay Karo does not guarantee that electronic messages will be delivered securely or without delay, and is not responsible for loss arising from messages lost, delayed, or intercepted for reasons beyond our reasonable control. 17### Intellectual Property All content on Sanchay Karo — including logos, branding, design, graphics, and educational material — is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited. 18### Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchay Karo and its proprietor, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for investment losses, market fluctuations, loss of profits, delays by AMCs/RTAs/banks, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Use of the Platform, and any investment decision made using it, is entirely at your own risk. Sanchay Karo does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information, tools, or calculators on the Platform, and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. 19### Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanchay Karo and its proprietor, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, non-compliance with these Terms, or submission of false or inaccurate information. 20### Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / KYC Compliance Sanchay Karo reserves the right to verify identity documents, request additional information, reject applications, or suspend Services where required under AML, KYC, PMLA, FATCA, CRS, or other applicable regulatory norms issued by SEBI, AMFI, or the Government of India. You declare that all funds invested through the Platform are from your own legitimate source and do not violate any applicable law, including the Income Tax Act and Anti-Money Laundering laws. 21### Force Majeure Sanchay Karo shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or system outages, cyber incidents, strikes, government action, or breach/virus in payment or processing systems. 22### Grievance Redressal If you have any issue, concern, or dispute relating to our Services, please reach out to our support team first. Any dispute arising from these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. You shall bear your own expenses for travel or participation in any dispute resolution process. 24### Changes to Terms Sanchay Karo reserves the right to vary or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 25### Mandatory AMFI Disclosure **Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks.
