Cancellation Policy ------------------- Please note that once the payment gets deducted, it will be treated as a successful transaction and there is no way the User can cancel such transactions. Refund Policy ------------- There may be instances where the Company is either unable to accept your specific request or the transaction entered by you becomes unsuccessful due to reasons including, without limitation, technical/server errors, incomplete KYC, or any other reason attributable to the partner Asset Management Company. In such scenarios, refund of the amount gets initiated as per the refund and cancellation policy of the specific Asset Management Company. For all refund and refund-related issues, the relevant AMCs (Asset Management Companies) are solely responsible. Mutual Funds ------------ You understand that transactions on the [Sanchay Karo](https://apirrabbit.com/api/v1/master/LandingPage?arn=ARN-301757 "Sanchay Karo") Platform for mutual funds will be completed only after the successful transfer of funds from your registered bank account to the relevant Asset Management Company (AMC). You also agree and acknowledge that transactions on the Sanchay Karo Platform, once completed, cannot be cancelled by you. In case of successful debit of money but failure of transaction or rejection of an investment transaction, the money will be refunded within T+3 business days to the source account from the fund house. If your account is debited but not credited to the beneficiary account, the reversal will happen within a minimum of two working days to a maximum of five working days to the source account. After the successful refund initiation from a particular AMC (Asset Management Company), the amount may take a specific number of working days to reflect in the bank account, as per the particular bank's system.
